High Temperature Castors

A range of anti-static (electrically conductive) and high temperature castors. The anti-static wheels have pressed steel centres with black rubber tyres.

The High Temperature wheels are phenolic resin or high temperature rubber and have a range from -40°C to +280°C. Both ranges are available with and
without brakes.

OPTIONAL EXTRA
 
Combined Swivel and Wheel Brake (all sizes)

Foot operated wheel brake simultaneously brakes both the swivel head and wheel. Release is affected by the trip pedal. To order add suffix ‘SWB’ to the swivel castor reference.

Swivel Radius
The swivel radius is increased when brakes are fitted.
80mm wheels: increased by 45mm
100mm wheels: increased by 40mm
125mm wheels: increased by 30mm
160mm wheels: increased by 30mm
200mm wheels: increased by 20mm
 

Pneumatic Tyred Castors
Castor Reference and Load Capacity
Swivel and Fixed Pneumatic tyred castors. Available in 8" and 10" diameters.
Ideal for cushioning sensitive loads. The 10" wheel is used on cricket wicket covers as the wide tread prevents damage to the playing surface. Black tyres on grey metal centres.
