Institutional & Medical Castors

Pressed steel swivel castors with flat plate fitting for light duty applications.
Grey rubber or Black polypropylene wheels available in 50mm, 75mm & 100mm wheel sizes. Swivel and wheel brake version is also available from stock. Plate castors, ideal as apparatus castors & catering castors. Can also be supplied with anti-static (electrically conductive) wheels. See alternative range of medical castors.

Light duty pressed steel swivel castors with flat top plates. Available in grey non-marking Rubber Tyred or Black Polypropylene wheels. Suitable for a wide range of light duty applications.

Combined Swivel and Wheel Brake (all sizes)
Foot operated wheel brake simultaneously brakes both the swivel head and wheel.
Release is affected by the trip pedal. To order add suffix ‘ SWB’ to the swivel castor reference.

Swivel Radius
The swivel radius is increased when brakes are fitted.
50mm wheels: increased by 40mm
75mm wheels: increased by 32mm
